Why choose wooden posts

Chestnut posts
Chestnut wood is a beautiful durable wood, which is resistant to moisture because of the fine fiber structure of the wood. Chestnut wood is available in various sizes and diameters. Chestnut wood is environmentally friendly and is recommended as a garden separation by environmental organizations and even by our former Minister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment, Jacqueline Cramer.
Pine posts
Pine is an attractively priced type of wood. Our pine posts are impregnated chrome-free. This used to be called wolmanised after the woolman salt with which it was treated. Today we call it impregnated wood. Because the pine posts are impregnated chrome-free, the lifespan is considerably extended and the wood is protected against moisture, fungi and insects. If you want to extend the lifespan even further, you can stain or paint the posts if necessary. The pine posts are FSC certified from responsible forest management.
Concrete posts
All concrete posts are made of reinforced concrete in which steel has been processed. You can place the concrete posts loosely in the ground, but for extra strength you can also pour the concrete posts into quick concrete. It is possible that concrete posts / boards show white stripes and spots. This is caused by lime efflorescence and is a normal phenomenon. If necessary, you can then treat the concrete piles with a coating. The concrete posts are available in gray or anthracite.
Rollers
Rollers consist of small pine posts, are made of impregnated pine and are bound with steel wire. This way you create a partition for the flowers and plants in your garden. In any shape you wish. Because the rollerborders are impregnated, the lifespan is considerably extended and the wood is protected against moisture, fungi and insects. When installing a wooden roll border, you should take into account that a third of its height must be buried. We also offer alternative border edges made of concrete, corten steel or galvanized version.
Bamboo stakes
The bamboo plant is environmentally friendly, it grows quickly and no trees need to be cut down. Bamboo provides a natural atmosphere in your garden and is a good alternative to wood. Bamboo sticks are a natural product. Please note that a stick will never be 100% straight. Each bamboo stick is unique. Cracks may appear in bamboo sticks, which is a normal phenomenon. Bamboo can expand or contract with temperature changes and humidity. Cracks have no effect on the structural integrity of the product.
